Employers

CAN offers a special benefit for your corporate wellness program—high-quality, human help and advocacy to support the well-being of employees and their families.

Advocacy Services

We offer a unique employee well-being and corporate wellness program. Our Advocates help lighten the second (or third) shift load, improve work/life balance, reduce stress, and foster well-being for employees, children, and parents.

  • We provide valuable information, guides, and resources to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.

  • We help patients and caregivers navigate the healthcare system, understand medical information, and advocate for their loved ones.

  • We provide caregiver and patient support groups where people can share experiences, gain insights, and build connections with others facing similar challenges.

  • We help coordinate care for the patient so that some of the responsibility is taken off of the caregiver.

  • We provide information and guidance to help with planning for future family milestones and significant life events

  • If a patient or caregiver is considering a second opinion, our advocates can help facilitate the process, connecting them with reputable specialists for a comprehensive review.

  • Our team can help patients and caregivers understand their coverage, assist with claims, and explore financial assistance options.

How It Works

Our Advocates connect with young and not-so-young patients and caregivers across the country. They provide companionship, encouragement, and assistance when, where, and how your people need it. And it all starts with a “hello.”

  1. Employees enroll online.

We work with you to introduce the new benefit, educate employees, and drive enrollment. We offer co-branded materials to integrate into your communications and encourage adoption.

  2. Members meet with an Advocate.

Employees call CAN to request services. An Advocate selects the best services, whether it’s educational materials, appointment scheduling, or care coordination.

  3. Employee feedback and data drive ongoing improvements.

We gather information every visit to ensure your employees are engaged, satisfied, and getting the needed help (+ results). Our vetted and caring Advocates make an impact you’ll feel organization-wide.
